He was fined $200,000 with 30 years, 20 years to serve, bal. prob; one count possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. He was fined $1,000 with 40 years, 20 years to serve, bal. prob. Defendant is sentenced for a total of 40 years, with the first 20 years to be served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation. Defendant is to receive credit for time served in custody as determined by the custodian. The above sentence may be served on probation provided the Defendant shall comply with the Conditions of Probation imposed by the Court as part of this sentence. Upon service of 20 years, the remainder of the sentence may be served on probation; PROVIDED, that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the Court as part of this sentence.
