June 9

Deputy observed a vehicle with no tag lights, at which time he made a traffic stop. While speaking with offender, it was found that he did not have a valid license or insurance. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail and the vehicle was towed.

June 10

Deputies responded to Hwy 221 North in reference to a report of someone trespassing on complainant’s property. C/p stated she got an alert from her camera with someone on her property and advised she has already made a report about a previous incident of the same nature.

Deputies responded to Dellwood Rd. in reference to four juveniles being in an abandoned church. Complainant stated he parks his big truck at the church and when he arrived to get his truck, a four-wheeler was beside the church. C/p stated that as he was getting ready to leave, four juveniles came out of the church and left on the four-wheeler.

June 11

Deputy responded to Canady Bridge Rd. in reference to a domestic. Complainant stated he got into an argument with his wife when he caught her being unfaithful and she got irate and damaged his truck with a baseball bat. Deputy observed several dents and a busted taillight on the truck. C/p stated he took the keys to a vehicle that was in his wife’s named that he paid for and a cell phone that’s in his name and he wanted to press charges for the damages to the truck. Deputy spoke with the wife who stated every time she and c/p get into an argument, he takes her keys and phone and she had gotten tired of it and hit his truck. She stated the truck is in her name and provided paperwork showing the cell phone is also in her name. Deputy advised c/p he would have to return the keys and the phone to her.

June 12

Victim stated she got a call from a male subject giving a badge number, identifying himself as an investigator, and told her she needed to get $25,000 dollars out of her account and go to the Government machine and cash into Bitcoins and that she had warrants out on her and somebody was opening porn accounts with her information. Victim advised she did not give the caller any of her information. Suspect was calling from 360.946.2146.

Deputy responded to Halls Bridge Rd. in reference to stolen property. Complainant advised he discovered his padlock to his camper unlocked and noticed he had prescriptions missing.

June 13

Deputies responded to Modoc Rd. in reference to a suspicious vehicle parked in the bushes. Deputy observed the vehicle to be chopped/stripped of all valuable items, interior, motor and transmission, along with complete front end of the vehicle. Deputies were able to obtain the VIN to find it was stolen out of Norcross. Vehicle was removed by a towing service.

Deputy was dispatched to Miller Dr. and met with the caller regarding her brother/offender. Complainant advised that she and her brother were at the Probate Court, and he started screaming at everyone, including the judge. C/p stated that while they were there regarding offender the mother of his children, he did not like the outcome he received. Once offender got back home, he started lashing out and screaming at c/p, as well as poking her in the face until he left the residence.

Deputy spoke with complainant in reference to threats being made. C/p advised that threats are being made to him and his wife through mail and texts. C/p stated offender was an employee with him for many years and he’s been trying to ruin his business through reviews on the internet about his company.

June 14

Deputy responded to Huckleberry Rd. in reference to someone putting something in c/p’s fuel tanks. C/p stated that within the past couple of weeks, the fuel pump has gone out in both of his vehicles and believes someone tampered with them. C/p also stated that someone flattened all four tires on one of his vehicles and believes it to be one of two male subjects due to a current dispute between them.

June 15

Deputy was dispatched to Angela Dr. where complainant stated he was contacted by two male subjects to remodel a bathroom at their residence on McGarrh Mill Pond Rd. and he left his trailer with tools in it at the residence for about two weeks while performing the remodel. C/p stated he left the key to the trailer with the two male subjects in order for other employees to have access to it if c/p wasn’t there. C/p stated that after retrieving his trailer, he found that some items were missing valued at $400 and the male subjects still owe him $547 for completed work. C/p believes the male subjects may have sold them to a pawn shop because they previously stated they were having to sell things such as tools and TVs to pay for the remodel.

Deputies responded to Strawberry Cir. in reference to a dog trying to bite complainant.

June 16

Deputies responded to Long Bay Dr. in reference to a vehicle hitting a deer.

Deputy was responding to a call for a reckless driver and observed a vehicle abandoned on the side of Bird Flanders Rd. blocking one lane of travel. Deputy could see an ID in the vehicle and the owner was nowhere near the vehicle. Next listed wrecker was called.
