On Saturday, July 1, Jo-Jo and his owner Rick were sitting at the fountain in the Courthouse Square waiting for the fireworks to begin. As the show started, Jo-Jo got scared and ran from Rick in the direction of North Green Street. Jo-Jo is a white Jack Russell with a black spot on his lower left side, tail, and right eye, and two black pointy ears. He is very friendly but may be timid and scared right now.
