SECRD announces registration for Flag football, tackle football, co-ed soccer and co-ed kickball August 7 – 11 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flag football, co-ed soccer and co-ed kickball will be $35 and tackle football will be $45.
Flag football, ages 5 and 6, participants must turn 5 by September 1 and can’t turn 7 before September 2. Tackle football, ages 7 – 11, participants must turn 7 by September 1 and can’t turn 12 before September 2. C-ed soccer, participants must turn 3 by September 1 and can’t turn 19 before September 2. (18-year-olds must be attending high school). Co-ed kickball, participants must turn 6 by September 1 and can’t turn 13 before September 2. (A draft system is used to choose players in the competition leagues. No specific team or coach requests are taken.)
When registering for tackle football, SECRD will no longer be fitting participants for helmets, shoulder pads and pants the day of registration. Fittings will take place after teams are picked. Each team will be assigned a specific date and time for their team to get fitted for equipment.
First time participants must provide a birth certificate. Registration cannot be accepted without a birth certificate on file.
