Family Connection has been conducting the "Scavenger Hunt for Books" project this summer. They are currently in the seventh of the 8-week project to promote literacy in Emanuel County. Eight businesses have assisted by being the location where students can follow clues to get a new book each week. We would like to thank the Mill Creek Foundation for their funding support and these businesses who have participated thus far: All the Fixins; Swainsboro Fire Department; Leanna's; Daniel's Chevrolet; Farm Bureau; and The Clucking Chicken.
