The officers and staff at the Swainsboro Police Department would like to welcome Jacob Wheeler to the department as a certified officer. Wheeler recently completed the 11-week basic training program in which he graduated valedictorian of class #225. In addition to graduating at the top of the class, Wheeler also received an additional award for having been selected by the class as the cadet that positively influenced the class.
