6-20-23 Meeting Notes
Harmon Park Pine Trees - Shari and Tamera will attend Swainsboro City Council meeting to present information on the park’s history discuss concerns about possible upcoming changes. (The meeting will be tonight at 6pm at city hall. Consider joining us if you are able.)
County Clean Up Date - Looking at a date between September 15 and October 15. Decision tabled until next meeting.

• 1 and 2 are pretty much done. 3 has most work remaining. 4 will complete after others are done.
Team 3 Focus Areas
Litter (Shari & Deanna); Beautification (Tamara & Cathy); Recycling (George & Deanna [added]). (These focus area leaders are suggestions and can be changed. The goal is to obtain the guides/templates from KAB which are basically fill in the blanks and the report is finished. Tony is working to get the materials from KAB.)
Mascot - Shari talked with company and was reimbursed $130 and we kept mascot. Jen Meadows modified/repaired the costume for $150. Shari paid extra $20.
By-laws - Approved by unanimous vote. Motion made by Tony, seconded by Shari.
Articles of Incorporation - Will be updated and sent to Stacey with a request for the county attorney to assist with the final draft.
Treasurer Report - At + $0.37 which will be written off. Donation check was received by George and given to Zach to start Durden Bank account. George and Deanna need to sign for the account. Tony and Zach have an account.
