September 23

Complainant stated that the license plate for her vehicle is missing and does not know if it has been stolen or lost.

C/p stated she was traveling on I16 and an unknown tractor trailer changed lanes causing her to exit the roadway and strike a road sign.

September 24

Deputy was dispatched to Swainsboro PD in reference to an incident concerning both state parties on Pinetucky Road. C/p was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct.

September 25

Deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for traveling 79 mph in a 65 MPH zone. Deputy could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle upon approaching it. Marijuana and pills were located in the vehicle and the driver was arrested.

Deputy spoke to c/p by phone in reference to a lost tag. C/p stated that the tag fell off of his vehicle at an unknown time.

Witness stated that she was going to work and heard a loud crash and saw a light pole shaking after a truck struck the pole.

September 26

Deputy spoke to c/p over the phone in reference to a stolen battery. C/p stated that on the previous night, she was driving when her vehicle ran out of as. When she went to retrieve it, the battery had been taken from the vehicle.

September 29

Deputy was driving when a vehicle approached him flashing their lights. C/p pulled beside deputy and stated that he had been trying to call 911 but could not get it too connect. He reported that individuals were looking through his windows and shining flashlights in his yard. He explained that he may have fired birdshot to scare them. C/p led deputy to his home and supplied the shell casings that were fired.

September 30

C/p states that he went to check on his sister-in-law’s residence a few days before and everything was fine. He went back a second time, and someone had kicked the front door in and taken 3 TVs.

October 4

Deputy met with c/p at ECSO in reference to a stolen vehicle report. Victim stated that he was away from his residence, and someone entered his home and took his keys and his vehicle. The offender was found in Treutlen County and victim was notified that they were arrested for DUI.

October 6

Deputy was dispatched to take a theft report. C/p stated that an unknown offender stole gas from two generators at their residence.
