The Emergency Operations Center, otherwise known as Emanuel County 911, will hold their grand opening on Thursday, June 22, 2023. The celebration will be held at their new location at 110 East Moring Street in Swainsboro. The ribbon cutting with Employees and the Chamber of Commerce begins at 10 a.m. All are invited to attend to celebrate this new endeavor in Emanuel County History.
