SAL Squadron 103 – Swainsboro, along with other Veterans, First Responders, Fire Chief Mike Strobridge, SPD Chief Randy Ellison, EGSC Chief Trey Drawdy and City Administrator Herman Middlebrooks, gathered at Pinebrook Park on Monday, February 26, to honor Mr. James Carlton Flanders, retired Fire Fighter. Speakers were Chief Strobridge and Chief Ellison.
