Joshua Michael Chapman negotiated a guilty plea on one count possession of meth. He was fined $500 with 15 years probation, RSAT susp. for rehab; one count dirving while license suspended with 12 months probation. Defendant is sentenced to a total of 15 years to be served on probation. Defendant is to receive credit for time served in custody as determined by the custodian. The above sentence includes a behavior incentive date of 8/23/2026 in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 17.10.1.
