Sheriff Brewer spoke at the Exchange club meeting with a well-presented view of the day-to-day operations of the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Department and educated the public on their operations. Sheriff Brewer also stated that he is trying to increase the pay for all ECSO staff and officers for their hard-work and dedication.
