Emma Proctor, DEA graduate and freshman at Georgia Southern University, has been awarded the 2024 Anna Wells Memorial Scholarship. This award recognizes students who display academic achievement, a commitment to serving others, a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and who exhibit grit when faced with hardship.
