The following occurred during the Emanuel County Superior Court October 2023 term:
Yolanda Artis negotiated a guilty plea on one count cruelty to children in the 2nd degree. She was fined $50 with 10 years probation. Defendant is sentenced for a total of 10 years to be served on probation.
