Jimmie Jewel Bell, age 82, passed away Friday, August 4, 2023, at Augusta University Hospital. A Homecoming Celebration was held Saturday, August 12, at 11 a.m. at God’s Holy Tabernacle Church in Twin City with Rev. Jacob Bell officiating and Rev. Amos Handsom presiding. Interment followed in Mt. Zion Church Cemetery.
Jimmie Jewel was born October 15, 1940, to the late Hazel Bell. She was a kind and loving mother and a proud grandmother. Jimmie Jewel was a dedicated member of Endtime Ministry and remained so until God called h er home. She enjoyed spending time with her family and church family.
Miss Bell leaves to cherish her memories with her son, Eugene B. Sapp of Hephzibah; grandchildren, Malcolm B. Sapp and Alexis Jessica Sapp, both of Texas; great-grandchild, Malcolm Sapp Jr; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
