Eagles back on top

There’s no place like home for the Eagles. After last week’s loss on the road, the Eagles are back on top defeating John Hancock Academy 44-0 at home on Friday, September 6. The chemistry between Richard Braddy and his top target Sailor Powell is a large reason for the Eagle victory. Braddy threw for 120 yards and three touchdowns on only eight passes while Powell scored three touchdowns. Powell ended the night with 109 rushing yards, a majority of which came from an incredible 75 yard run.

In addition to the chemistry between Braddy and Powell, the Eagles Defensive Unit was top notch Friday night! The John Hancock offense only had 76 yards on 39 plays with 1 fumble and 1 interception. David Emanuel Academy now has a winning record of 2-1.
