Emanuel County will host its second annual anti-bullying campaign this Friday, October 23. Individuals throughout the county are encouraged to participate in the county-wide blue-out event by daunting shades of blue in their apparel this coming Friday. Be sure to take a photo and post on social media to help raise awareness by using #EmCoAntiBully20.
