Bell charged with drug trafficking

In the early morning hours of Saturday, April 29, James Andrew Bell, II was stopped for a traffic violation. As a result, he was arrested and charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of MDMA (Ecstasy) and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and was booked in to Emanuel County Jail.
