William Grove to celebrate 100 Year Anniversary

Williams Grove Holiness Church of the Living God is excited to announce the celebration of 100 years. According to Bishop Bertha Jones, pastor, the services will convene Wednesday, November 29, through Sunday, December 3 at 301 West M. L. K. Jr. Blvd., Swainsboro.

Beginning nightly services at 7 p.m. will be Superintendent Kenneth Thomas pastor of Williams Grove Holiness COGIC in Millen and Statesboro; Thursday night, Overseer Elizabeth Cleo Howard pastor of The True and Living Way, The Greater Davis Chapel Swainsboro; and Friday night, Bishop Anthony Chavis, pastor of Holly Grove Church, Dublin, will be bringing the message.

Saturday, December 2 at 1 p.m. will be Old Landmark Choir Rehearsal. All formal choir members and friends are asked to attend with Minister Wylene Woods. It will be followed by a social, meet and greet cookout.

Sunday will climax with homecoming, family and friends day with the pastor bringing the message. Everyone is invited to come and celebrate. You don't want to miss this throw back from the past as we are praying for a great move of the Holy Spirit.
