Marcella Maria Doyle, age 66, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024. A Celebration of Life was held Saturday, October 5, at 11 a.m. at the Swainsboro City Cemetery.
Marcella was born March 6, 1958, in Swainsboro, to the late Annette Dickerson Doyle and Carlos “CL” Doyle. She was affectionately known as ‘Auntie’ to her nieces and nephews and ‘Buck’ to countless others. Marcella was employed by Crider, Rayonier, Creston, Kellers and Stitch-n-Print. Miss Doyle is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Allison Doyle; and brother, Carlis Doyle.
Miss Doyle is survived by her brothers, Christopher Shawn Doyle of Mililani, HI and Angelo Glenn Doyle of Atlanta; sister, Alesia Wright of Hinesville; aunts, Arvida Harris of Vine Grove, KY, Lou Ann, Sarah Ann and Callie Jean Mack of Stillmore; uncle, James Mack, Jr.; nieces, Shana Doyle and La’Tonia (Chonte) Wright; nephews, Achino West, Steven Doyle, Onaje K. Doyle and Fredderick Wright; great-nephew, Zy’Khari Wright; and several other relatives and friends.
Reno Tapley Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
