NOTICE OF PETITION TO FILE FOR YEAR’S SUPPORT
The petition of REGINA CLIFTON CHIVERS, for a year’s support from the estate of BOBBY LEE CHIVERS, deceased, for decedent’s surviving spouse and minor children, having been duly filed, all interested persons are hereby notified to show cause, if any they have, on or before JAN-UARY 9, 2023 why said petition should not be granted.
All objections to the petition must be in writing, setting forth the grounds of any such objections, and must be filed on or before the time stated in the preceding sentence. All objections should be sworn to before a notary public or before a probate court clerk, and filing fees must be tendered with your objections, unless you qualify to file as an indigent party. Contact probate court person-nel for the required amount of filing fees. If any objections are filed, a hearing will be scheduled at a later date. If no objections are filed the petition may be granted without a hearing.

DESSIE DAVIS NOTICE TERMINATION OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION
TO: Samantha Artis and any heir at law of the said Samantha Artis; and any person or entity hav-ing any right, title, or interest in or lien upon the following described property.
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, designated as Parcel #2, fronting on the Western side of State Highway 56, as shown on plat of survey dated March 18, 1967, made by Walter K. Maupin, Survey-or, which is recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court in Plat Book 4, page 112, to which reference is made as a part of this description. Said property is bounded now or formerly as follows: Northwest by lands of Pond View Cottage LLC; East by State Highway 56; Southeast by lands of John A. Harris; and Southwest by lands of John A. Harris.
This tract is identified on Emanuel County Tax Assessors Map 095, Parcel 087.
Said property is the same as that conveyed by a Warranty Deed dated September 26, 2000 from Emma Bright and Ann Bright to Samantha Artis, which is recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court in Deed Book 149, page 316-317.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 13th of January, 2023.
The tax sale deed to which this notice relates is dated September 7, 2021, and is recorded in the Of-fice of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia, in Deed Book 518, pages 518-521.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 13th day of January, 2023, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Dessie Davis, P.O. Box 1144, Swainsboro, GA 30401.
