The results for the vacant County Commissioner seat for District 2 was announced on Tuesday, March 21. Candidates for this position were Jaqueline W. Brantley (102), Ellis Hooks (126), and Ricky Thompson (184).
There will be a run-off between Hooks and Thompson on April 18, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Early voting will be April 10 through April 14, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Emanuel County Elections Office.
