June 3

Deputy responded a report of harassing communications. C/p stated that her stepdaughter left her mother’s house and advised to her stepmother that she does not want to return. C/p’s husband began receiving threatening texts from his oldest son.

Deputy responded to an animal complaint. C/p advised that she suspected that her neighbor had been shooting at her stray cats with a BB gun, and that she and her neighbor do not get along.

The victim stated that the suspect keeps harassing her. The suspect is dating the victim’s ex-boyfriend.

Deputies responded to Hwy 56 North in reference to a report of trespassers. Contact was made with complainant who stated three offenders had previously been convicted from the property a d trespassed by the landlord and were back on the property. Offenders were gone upon arrival.

June 4

Deputy received a report from complainant at ECSO in reference to threats. C/p advised she and offender know each other and offender has been harassing her for about eight months, following her around town and riding by her residence. C/p stated that during a house party, offender was there and kept following her around and when c/p went to her vehicle, offender walked across the street and propped on c/p’s vehicle as she approached, then got into a truck and left. C/p advised she felt threatened and is concerned for her safety and wants offender to stop bothering her.

Deputy was dispatched to 5th Street in Twin City due to the caller stating offender keeps dumping tires in his back yard.

June 5

Deputy was dispatched to Gambrell Photography in reference to a theft. Complainant stated she found that two photography props had been taken from behind the building. The props were a grey metal bench valued at $400, and a decoration bicycle plant holder valued at $300. C/p stated that appx. two months ago, a suspicious vehicle was seen coming from behind the building.

June 8

Deputies responded to Hwy 57 West in reference to a possible domestic. Complainant stated there was not domestic but she did get punched in the face twice by offender who she is friends with.

June 9

Deputy took a report regarding an incident that previously occurred on Hwy 80. Complainant stated that she and two other people were eating at Rustic Grill when offender became irate because the other person was unable to pay for her for the meal. C/p stated offender was using profanity towards her and the other person and stormed out of the restaurant. C/p stated when they tried to get in the vehicle, offender kept locking the doors and would not allow them in, but finally did and started driving erratically towards town.
