April 1

Complainant stated someone dumped nine bags of trash on his property.

Deputies responded to Water Lilly Ln. in reference to a domestic dispute and offender had a gun. Complainant stated her boyfriend and her son got into an altercation. While speaking with her, deputy observed blood on her feet and hands and stated she was ok and the blood was not from her. She stated her boyfriend left the residence and her son left out the back door. When asked about the gun, c/p stated it should be in her son’s room so she went in and retrieved it. Deputy went to the back of the residence and made contact with offender who stated he was not going to jail. He was covered in blood and stated he was fine other than his hand hurting. Offender stated he jumped on his mom’s boyfriend due to him bringing another female to the residence and cheating on his mother. Deputy walked to the front of the residence with offender and observed a golf cart with blood all over it and a large amount of blood on the ground next to it. C/p provided ring doorbell footage that a verbal dispute then showed offender shoving victim into the golf cart and a physical altercation ensues. Offender is seen hitting victim with a closed fist, then heard telling victim he was sorry that it was over and shoved him to the ground and started kicking him. Victim then got up and entered the residence with blood on his face and head and offender followed him inside being erratic and screaming at victim, then victim leaves. Victim then returns to retrieve items he left and offender followed victim into the bedroom with a kitchen knife. Victim is then able to leave the residence. Deputy contacted victim’s daughter and explained victim was enroute to EMC with a large laceration to his head. Victim’s daughter later informed deputy that he had a broken nose. Offender was placed under arrest and transported to EmCo Jail.

April 3

Deputies met with complainant who stated his aunt/suspect went to his residence and started an argument over loud music and it has been an ongoing issue between the two stemming from a property dispute. Deputies then spoke with suspect who stated she did walk up to c/p’s residence and began trying to ask him to turn his music down and she ended up entering the residence to get c/p’s attention. Suspect was issued a criminal trespass warning and advised not to have any contact with c/p.

Deputy took a report regarding vehicle damage where someone backed into her vehicle.

April 5

Deputy took a report about damage to property.

Deputies were dispatched to Lambs Bridge Rd. in reference to offender being at the residence making threats. Complainants stated offender was threatening and trying to fight with c/p and had a weapon tucked in his waistband. Offender was GOA but was sending messages to c/p who advised this is an ongoing issue due to a case with c/p.

April 6

Deputies were notified about offender stealing a campaign sign. Upon speaking with offender, he admitted to stealing the sign and it was recovered from offender’s vehicle. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.

April 7

Deputy met with complainant at Dollar General for a report of a stolen camper. C/p stated she had a camper on offender’s property for a period of time while she was living somewhere else and it has been removed. C/p advised she believes offender sold it to a named individual.

Complainant called 911 wishing for a report by phone in reference to a domestic dispute. Deputy tried to make contact with the caller who did not answer. It was advised by 911 that the offender had been at c/p’s residence the previous day and became violent.

Deputy met with complainant in reference to items found missing from their residence. C/p stated she returned home to find two purses, earrings and appx. 36 hydrocodone pills missing and suspects her neighbor who she trusted with a house key could have taken them.
