According to the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office…

November 23

Deputies were dispatched to Coleman Chapel Road in reference to a physical domestic dispute. Offender allegedly struck c/p with a piece of plywood causing visible injuries to her arm. C/p stated she wished to get her belongings from the house. Offender allowed her to get her belongings from the home, but not from the storage unit they shared.

November 25

Deputy took a report in reference to a multiple entering auto case. C/p was visiting from North Carolina and stated that when he got into his vehicle his firearms were missing.

Deputies responded to South Old Reidsville Road in reference to multiple entering auto reports. C/p stated that he was contacted via cellphone by a neighbor and was advised to check the firearms in his vehicle due to the fact that others’ firearms were being stolen from their vehicles. C/p’s firearms were missing along with his girlfriend’s firearm and some items she uses in nursing school.

Deputies responded to S Reidsville Rd in reference to stolen firearms and money from a vehicle. C/p stated that he was tired the night before and didn’t lock his truck like normal. When he woke up the next morning, he noticed $300.00 and two firearms missing from his vehicle.

November 26

Deputy was dispatched to Club Rolex in reference to a male striking a female with a closed fist. Offender had followed c/p from Metter, GA to the club. Offender was arrested and transported to Emanuel County Jail.

Deputy was dispatched to Briarcliff Road in reference to someone shooting a dog. C/p stated that while her family was outside playing corn hole someone shot a puppy across the street in their direction. Contact was made with the dog’s owner who was gone away from the time the incident occurred. He helped get the dog in the car and off the road.

Deputy was dispatched to Hadden’s Trailer Park in reference to an irate male. Deputy met with c/p and witness who stated that witness’s boyfriend got mad and slammed the trailer door on her mother. There was also a stay away order on the victim for the witness.

Deputies were dispatched to Fairground Road in reference to an irate male threatening his wife. Upon arrival contact was made with victim who stated that her husband grabbed her by the arms and shoved her against the wall. She did not wish to press charges but wished for him not to return to the address.

C/p stated that he was headed west on Bluebird Rd and looked at his phone and when he looked back up he was in the ditch which pulled him toward a tree. C/p struck the tree but was not injured.

November 27

Deputy was dispatched to Princess Street in reference to a TPO violation. C/p stated that her ex-boyfriend had been texting her and she had a TPO on him. She had not responded but he had threatened to come to the house.

Deputy was dispatched to Highway 297 in reference to the caller going to the residence to feed dogs and noticing a broken window. There was also damage to the air condition unit almost like someone had fallen on it. The damage had not been there the day before and a security camera had been moved.
