November 17

Deputy met with complainant in reference to harassing communications from offender who is a sex offender registered in Candler Co.

Deputy assisted with the arrest of offender at the Jet Store in Adrian. Offender was taken into custody due to having multiple warrants through Emanuel and Johnson Counties. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.

Deputy was dispatched to Parrish Pond Rd. in reference to a property dispute. Complainant stated she was given property and had it surveyed and markers with ribbons were placed along the perimeter of the property line. C/p advised the adjoining land belongs to her brother who no longer lives at the residence and his son/offender has been going on the property removing one of the property markers. C/p stated offender texted her saying he moved the marker and it was wrong based on what he could see on the tax accessors website.

Deputy took a walk-in report where victims stated they are being harassed, intimidated and getting terroristic threats form offender. Victim stated they are both in fear of what offender might do, especially with him using drugs and previous encounters he has had with others.

Complainant reported that his vehicle tag is lost.

November 18

Deputy spoke with complainant who stated she owns property in Twin City and went to check on it to find people have been dumping deer caucus and mattresses on the land and thinks they have been poaching her land.

Deputy made contact with complainant in reference to an incident that occurred on a previous date. C/p stated she was in a domestic relationship with offender for several years but separated herself from offender several years ago and offender is not happy that c/p entered another relationship and has been giving her a hard time about it. C/p stated that offender approached her vehicle, reached inside and grabbed her around the neck then started hitting her. C/p advised she was able to separate herself and left, then called 911 when she got home. Deputy advised c/p of the TPO process.

November 19

Offender was found in contempt of court and taken into custody until he satisfies court request. Offender resisted and force was used to make the arrest.

Deputy met with complainant about a lost tag.

Complainant stated someone has been throwing trash out on Hwy 46.

Complainant stated her neighbor his been trespassing on his property and took a tractor and dug a driveway on his property. C/p also stated offender start4ed a fire and burnt half of his land and caught the tractor on fire.

Deputies were dispatched to King Circle Dr. in reference to a child custody dispute. Complainant stated her son’s father picked him up from school and had him at his house but did not know the numerical number where the child was. C/p gave info about the father so deputies could find him. Deputy arrived at offender’s house, and he showed a message from c/p telling him to pick the child up and that he could spend the night. It was determined that c/p was home when the child was taken there to get clothes to spend the night.

November 21

Deputy met with complainant who stated several people were taking her identity and using it to get fraudulent cards and it has been going on for a while. C/p advised she has a lawyer but needed a report.

Deputy met with complainant who stated his tag was delivered and someone stole it off the porch.

Deputy was dispatched to Griffin Ferry Rd. in reference to dogs attacking a car and damaging it. Complainant stated suspects have multiple vicious dogs that constantly run in the roadway and attack cars. Deputy tried to make contact with the owners and a pack of dogs ran in front of his patrol unit and he was unable to exit due to them viciously barking and growling. Deputy left a note in the mailbox stating that they are responsible for damages made by their dogs.

November 22

Deputies were dispatched to Old Statesboro Rd. in reference to a welfare check. VA Crisis Hotline was called by complainant on her on and off boyfriend and they have TPOs against each other. C/p stated victim has PTSD and has been having episodes for about a week and he was upset because she was not home. Witness advised c/p nor victim were at the residence, but they were heard tussling in another room before leaving. C/p left due to her having an outstanding warrant for battery, and they are both are in violation of their TPOs.

Deputies were dispatched to Keith Screws Rd. in reference to offenders shooting at each other. Vehicle was observed to have a shotgun hole and were unable to make contact, so they made forced entry into the residence.

Deputy was dispatched to Wadley Coleman Lake Rd. in reference to complainant receiving a package of pills she did not order. C/p stated her mother/offender advised her she was having a package delivered to c/p’s house. C/p stated she received a package addressed to herself and opened it to find appx. 500 Soma pills which is a schedule IV controlled substance used as a muscle relaxer. C/p stated she believes her mother has a problem with pills and found that her mother is the one who had the package sent to her house. The package was turned over to reporting deputy.

November 23

Deputy made contact with complainant in reference to a stolen vehicle taken from Piney Grove Rd. C/p stated he was away from home and was alerted by OnStar that the vehicle had been moved from the residence and was located in Augusta. C/p further stated the vehicle was not subject to repossession and no one had permission to take it. Vehicle was reported stolen.

Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 23 South in reference to complainant stating he previously lived at the location but moved out after the passing of his mother. C/p stated he has property belonging to him and his mother in his mother’s bedroom at the residence and keeps the door locked. C/p stated the house was given to him and his sister, and his niece has been living there and when he was at the residence to move some more of his belongings, he found the bedroom had been entered into. The doorknob had been removed, and the room was open. C/p stated several items were missing from drawers, shoes were missing from a shoe rack, and a hat collection was missing.
