Emanuel County Schools’ Varsity Competition Cheerleading Squads traveled to Vidalia on Saturday, October 9, to compete in the 2021 Sweet Onion Cheer Classic, a Georgia High School Association (GHSA) event.
Swainsboro High School cheerleaders competed in the 2-AA division and ranked in fourth place. Also competing in their very first cheer competition this season was Emanuel County Institute’s varsity cheerleaders. The Twin City squad placed second in the 3-A division.
