DEA varsity boy’s defeat Trinity Christian 59-16

David Emanuel Academy’s varsity boys’ basketball team played an outstanding game against Statesboro’s Trinity Christian School on January 9, immediately following the varsity girls’ game, in which they defeated TCS 59-16. Revan Fortner started the game off strong, securing the first 2 points for the Eagles. Racyn Faircloth came in next adding an astonishing 12-points to the board and gaining the lead over TCS. Billy Martin followed up with another astounding play, earning 14 more points for the Eagles. Peyton Lee, Brody Fleming, and Jesse Moore all consecutively secured 2 points each for the game. Randon Williams came in heavy with the highest score of night, earning the Eagles leverage with his 16 point-play. Richard Braddy then followed with 2 points. Tony Sutton added 5 more points to the board and Peyton Templeton finished off the night with a 2-point play, producing DEA’s win over Trinity Christian.
