On Tuesday, January 30, Billy Chapman had Billy Marchman, the new head coach of the Swainsboro Tigers Baseball Team, as the speaker at the Swainsboro Exchange Club. Coach Marchman spoke about his past coaching experience and his coaching philosophy and about his plans for the upcoming season with the Tigers.
