On Tuesday, July 16, 2019, an Emanuel County grand jury indicted seven members of a Bloods-affiliated racketeering enterprise after receiving testimony from Special Agents of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Eastman Office and the Washington County Multi-Agency Gang Unit.
