Javarius Mashon Davis negotiated a guilty-alford plea on one count interference w/government property. He was fined $50 with 5 years, serve 248 days at EmCo Jail, CTS, serve bal. prob.; one count public drunk with 12 months probation to run concurrent with count one. Defendant is sentenced for a total of 5 years, with the first 248 days to be served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation. Defendant is to receive credit for time served in custody from 6/15/25-2/18/26. Upon service of 248 days, the remainder of the sentence may be served on probation; PROVIDED, that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the Court as part of this sentence.
Thomas Benjamin Joiner negotiated a guilty-alford plea on one count child molestation. He was fined $50 with 20 years, 3 years to serve bal. prob; one count child molestation with 20 years probation to run consecutive with count one. Defendant is sentenced for a total of 40 years, with the first 3 years to be served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation. Defendant is to receive credit for time served in custody as determined by the custodian. Upon service of 3 years, the remainder of the sentence may be served on probation; PROVIDED, that the defendant shall comply with the conditions of probation imposed by the Court as part of this sentence.
