Twin City Elementary is proud to announce that its Music Club, the Treble Makers, has been selected to perform at the 2027 Georgia Music Educators Association (GMEA) In-Service Conference, which will be held in January at The Classic Center in Athens.
Selection to perform at the annual GMEA Conference is one of the highest honors a school music ensemble in Georgia can receive. The conference features outstanding music programs from across the state and brings together music educators to celebrate excellence in music education.
The Treble Makers earned this distinguished opportunity through their musical ability, dedication, and hard work under the direction of Mr. Adam Akridge. The ensemble will perform on Thursday, January 28, 2027, at The Classic Center in Athens, representing Twin City Elementary and Emanuel County on the state stage.
