Tommy Lee Wicker, age 73, passed away Monday, August 7, 2023. A Homecoming Service was held Saturday, August 12, at 3 p.m. at Mosley’s Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Elder Delmus G. Mosley. Interment followed in the Swainsboro City Cemetery.
Mr. Wicker was born March 17, 1950, to the late Clinton and Catherine Wicker. He was a graduate of Treutlen County Highs School. After graduating, Tommy Lee became a logger for Barney Morris Logging Company. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family and friends. Mr. Wicker is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, James Wicker and Author Lee Wicker; and sisters, Lula Mae Wicker and Annie Ruth Wicker.
Mr. Wicker leaves to cherish his memories with his sons, Christopher Givens, Russel Clinton Givens and Timothy Jason Givens, all of Swainsboro; daughters, Shannon N. Givens (Alfred Williams) and Robbin C. Givens, both of Swainsboro; 17 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a hot of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
