Swainsboro Elementary School teacher receives Mill Creek Foundation Grant

Swainsboro Elementary School’s fifth-grade math teacher Mrs. Barbara Poole is

the recipient of the Mill Creek Foundation Grant. Mrs. Poole was awarded

$400.00 to create a classroom Math Library. “My students love to read and learn,

and I feel that a classroom math library will allow the students a way of

reinforcing their math learning,” Mrs. Poole said.
