Stephens presents program to Fall Line

The Fall Line Chapter, Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution held its monthly meeting at the Washington County Chamber of Commerce Building on Tuesday night, March 14. With President Sandy Mercer presiding, they had 12 in attendance. Vice President Dess Smith III presented President Sandy Mercer the 244th Brier Creek Battlefield Anniversary Celebration Flag Streamer that the Chapter earned by presenting the Chapter wreath at the Battlefield event on March 4, by Dual member Steve Burke. The program for the evening was presented by Historian Larry Stevens from Savannah who presented his program, "Hornets' Nest in Wilkes County" to the Chapter.
