November 27
Officer responded to the area of South Green Street and Mable Avenue in reference to a rolling domestic incident. All parties were separated.
Officer responded to Lakeside Rest Home in reference to a resident who had recently been discharged due to violent behavior toward staff. Officer spoke with the resident manager who stated that two days prior, the offender became violent with a staff member. After the incident, offender was transported to Emanuel Medical Center for evaluation and was later transferred to Statesboro for a heart-related issue. She further stated that the offender checked himself out of the hospital and got a Lyft back to Lakeside. He is no longer allowed at the facility.
Officer responded to Lewis Street in reference to an unwanted guest at c/p’s residence. Offender was instructed to leave the residence.
November 28
Officers responded to McMillan Drive in reference to a verbal dispute and possible fight. Upon arrival, contact was made with several male individuals. One of them appeared to have a torn T-shirt. When trying to speak to the individual, another male attempted to approach officer and after being asked multiple times to walk away, he was detained and arrested.
Officer responded to the ATM of Robins Federal in reference to a general alarm. Upon arrival, a vehicle was seen in the area. The driver stated that they did not know anything about the alarm, they were just making a withdrawal from their account. There was no sign of damage of the ATM being tampered with.
Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with the owner having a suspended driver’s license. Offender was issued a citation.
Officers responded to Mary Ann Street in reference to a subject who was not breathing. Subject was declared deceased at the scene.
Officers responded to North Main Street in reference to a medical emergency. Subject was transported to Emanuel Medical Center.
Officer was dispatched to Waffle King in reference to an irate customer. Offender stated that she had returned to the business to return her mother’s salad after discovering a fake fingernail in it and the manager told her they did not have to give her a refund. She was able to receive the refund, but began using profane language and refused to leave the store after. She later left the business and was trespassed.
Officer responded to Market Street in reference to a suspicious person outside the residence. Officers were informed that c/p had not taken her medication causing her to see things that were not there.
November 29
Officer received a phone call stating that a black male wearing all black clothing and white shoes came into his yard with possible intent to steal a bicycle from his residence. Negative contact was made with offender.
Offender was arrested for DUI-alcohol.
Officer was dispatched to Pughsley Street in reference to a subject causing a problem. C/p stated that her daughter came to the house trying to get the male juvenile. She claimed that she started to cause an issue and she wanted her to be banned from the residence.
Officer was dispatched to Shearhouse Street in reference to shots fired. C/p and offender were still on scene upon arrival. Offender stated that he was the one who shot the gun but did not point it at anyone. Two offenders were arrested.
Officer was dispatched to South Anderson Drive in reference to a juvenile problem. C/p stated that her daughter went out with some friends and she lost contact with her. Her daughter was later located.
Officer was dispatched to South Coleman Street in reference to a complaint of someone trying to open the door. No one was located around the residence.
Officer responded to East Main Street in reference to a vehicle parked in front of the Raco at a pump covered with blankets. The driver stated that he was tired and did not want to fall asleep while driving.
November 30
Officer was dispatched to the parking lot of Citi Trends in reference to a vehicle fire. The vehicle was towed.
Officer responded to Piggly Wiggly for a shoplifting in progress. A juvenile was located who had taken a can of whipped cream and was eating it while he was exiting. He stated he had no money, and officer offered to pay for it but staff refused. The juvenile was transported to his residence and citations were written.
Officer was dispatched to King Circle Drive in reference to a custody dispute. C/p stated that the mother of his child has been threatening and harassing him after the birth of their daughter in Novmeber. He stated he needed to make a report in order to present it to the courts to obtain full custody of his daughter.
Officer responded to South Main Street in reference to a report of theft by an employee who was no longer on scene. The store owner stated that an employee scanned lottery scratch offs then hid them to later steal them.
December 1
Officer took a walk-in report at SPD in reference to a minor vehicle incident. C/p stated that he was backing up his vehicle and struck a tree.
Officer responded to North Anderson Drive in reference to a dispute. C/p stated that the offender was arguing with everyone in the business, and the offender was ordered to leave. Officer took a walk-in report at SPD. C/p stated that she got used her wallet to get gas the Wednesday before, and placed her wallet in her center console. When she went to use it the next day, it was no longer there.
911 dispatched officers to Rainbow Ridge in reference to a report of stolen medicine. C/p stated that she refilled her medication on Wednesday and she left it in her vehicle’s cupholder. After doing some shopping and returning to her vehicle, the pill bottle was missing.
Officer responded to the area of King Circle Drive in reference to shots fired. There was also a residence that had been struck by the gunfire. No contact was made with the offender.
December 2
Officer responded to Emanuel Medical Center in reference to a patient being irate. The patient was calmed down.
C/p reported to DFACS that the mother of his child has moved out of his residence and into the residence of her new boyfriend. He reported that his child told him that the boyfriend touched her and hurt her while pointing at her bottom. An interview with the mother of the child has been scheduled.
Officers responded ot Washington Street in reference to c/p stating her son stole her phone.
Officers responded to KZ Nails in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. A male subject stated that he had been dealing with a female who had been harassing him throughout the day. He also believed offender had pored water in his gas tank.
Offender was arrested for public intoxication.
December 3
Officer responded to Lewis Street in reference to shots fired. Two spent brass shell casings were located.
Officer was in Kite in reference to assistance with the Department of Community Supervision. The offender was seen on the front porch working on a stand-up freezer acting nervous by not wanting to look at officers. Upon searching offender, a glass pipe was located and he was arrested.
Offender was arrested for an active warrant.
December 4
Officer responded to Our Town Healthcare in reference to a reported theft. C/p stated that after returning from lunch, she placed her wallet inside her locker and when returning to leave work, the cash inside of it was missing.
Officer took a walk-in report at SPD. C/p stated that she was in Walmart and laid her wallet down and misplaced it. She stated that later she was contacted by a Walmart employee stating that her belongings were found thrown everywhere in the parking lot.
Officer responded to Carver Street and North Green Street for shots fired. One spent brass shell casing was located.
Officer was dispatched to Murphy’s Gas Station in reference to a complaint that an employee refused to provide a customer with her receipt. C/p stated that the cashier began yelling at her and using profane language refusing to give her a receipt. Officer requested identification from both parties to complete the report and issue a trespassing warning. C/p became irate and was advised that calling 911 without an emergency would result with her being charged with misuse of 911. The woman continued to call 911 with no emergency and officers already on scene. She then got into her vehicle and was finally detained, but then slipped out of the handcuffs. Handcuffs were re-secured and the woman was arrested.

Officer responded to Booker Street in reference to an unwanted subject inside the residence. Offender left the residence without issue.
Offender was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a subject attempting to shoplift. Offender was arrested.
Officer responded to the Budget Inn in reference to a fight in the parking lot. The woman stated that she and her boyfriend had a verbal altercation and he left the scene. The owner stated that he wanted offender trespassed from the property.
Officer was dispatched to Stewart Road in reference to a suspicious person. C/p advised taht she was arriving home from work and saw two black male subjects standing at the end of her driveway.
