The Patrick Carr Rangers Chapter, Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution, held its monthly meeting at President David Hargrove's home in Waynesboro June 8, at 7 p.m. With President David Hargrove presiding, there were six in attendance. President David opened the meeting with a welcome and a prayer and then the Pledge to the U.S. Flag and the Pledge to the SAR. We then enjoyed a great meal prepared by President Hargrove. President David then called on Dess Smith for a special presentation. Dess presented President David with three Chapter Flag Streamers for Dess presenting the Patrick Carr Rangers chapter wreath at the five Patriot Grave Marking at Wright Square Burial Ground in Brunswick, the 248th Anniversary of the Frederica Naval Action in Brunswick and the Georgia Society Membership streamer for 2025.
