After a hectic pandemic, Lady Tigers are back to where they left off. They hosted their 5th Annual “Welcome to the Jungle” Team camp. Over 15 teams, including State Champs T.W. Josey, came to kick off the summer league on June 8th and 9th.
Following the awesome team camp, on June 10th – 12th, Swainsboro’s Alumni Coach Ernest Wynn came and modeled a fundamental clinic for both the Middle and High School girls. The Lady Tigers have also traveled to Dodge Co. and Statesboro for other team camps.
Their overall record for the summer thus far is Varsity 10-5 and JV 4-0. Overall games played is 19. The Lady Tigers are definitely trying to grind and find their way together while all building a dynamic team chemistry that is clicking on every level on the court. Coach Walden and the Lady Tigers are working hard this summer and look forward to a prosperous long road to success this season.
