The Georgia State Beta Convention gathers Junior and Senior Beta Club members from across the state to celebrate academic achievement, creativity, leadership, and service, with thousands competing in academic, engineering, robotics, arts, public speaking, problem-solving, marketing, and service events.
The convention encourages leadership, teamwork, and strong character through workshops, social events, and interactive sessions that build confidence, allow idea exchange, and connect members committed to excellence.
For many students, the convention is a defining moment — a chance to push themselves, try new experiences, and represent their schools on a state level. Winners advance to the National Beta Convention, where they compete against top students across the country.
The Swainsboro High School Beta Club made an impressive showing at the Georgia State Beta Convention in Savannah last week. “We are incredibly proud of the Swainsboro High School Beta Club and their representation at the Georgia State Beta Convention,” sponsors shared. “Our students showed persistence, talent, and responsibility, bringing meaningful recognition to our school. Supporting such a dedicated group of young people is truly an honor.”
