Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of DLRS Choice Enterprises to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2019 in the initial tax amount a $204.39 Amount could include additional cost and interest. All that certain lot of land, situate, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 5" G, M. District, Emanuel County, Georgia, fronting on Mary Ann Street a distance of 93.8 feet and running back between parallel lines a distance of 200 feet. said property being known and designated as Lots
No. 4, Block E. and an alley lying south of said Lot No. 4, Block E, all in the South Side Subdivision, as shown on plat of same made by C.L. Gillis, Sr., Surveyor, on March 25, 1961, said plat being recorded in the office of Clerk of the Superior Court. Emanuel County, Georgia In Plat Book No. I, Page 363, the said lot as a whole being bounded on the north by Lot No. 3, Block E said subdivision; South by land of Central Georgia Gas Company and Lot No. 5, Block E, said subdivision; East by right of way of Georgia and Florida Railroad; and West by Mary Ann
The Grantor herein represents and covenants that he is the owner in fee simple of said property and that the property shown. on said plat as an alley is his property in fee simple, that same has never been open as an alley, has never been dedicated as an alley and has never been conveyed to any person, firm, corporation or political body as an alley and permission or authority has never been granted to anyone to use said property for any purpose or reason whatsoever.
W. A. Youngblood III and Avery Lee Youngblood Parker are Co-Executors of the Estate of W. A. Youngblood, Jr., which Will is recorded in Will Book J, Page 258 and the proceedings to Probate in Solemn Form are recorded in Minute Book 43, Page 132-135, of the Records of the Probate Court of Emanuel County, Georgia.
The property described herein was deeded to W. A. Youngblood, Jr. on August 25, 1965, recorded in Deed Book EU, Page 19, of the Emanuel County Clerk's Records and the representation and covenants as to the alley in that deed are herewith conveyed in this instrument.(S37 086)
