Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Garfield Hills Estate to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, & 2019 in the initial tax amount a $1,885.65 Amount could include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied.
All that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, and in the City of Swainsboro, being a part of the G.F. Flanders Subdivision and being designated as Lot #13, Block A, as shown on a plat prepared by E. Warren, County Surveyor, recorded in Deed Book AV, page 589, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia. Said lot being 40 feet by 150 feet in size.

Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County. Georgia on the first Tuesday in August 04, 2020, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax
