Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Jo Anne Boone to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2017, 2018, & 2019 in the initial tax amount a $634.34 Amount could include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied.
TRACT 1: All that tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G. M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, and being a part of the lot designated as as shown on plat made by Frank J. Ford, Surveyor, recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court, Lot #54 block D in Plat Book AV, page 589. Said lot fronts East side by lands of Mattie Colbert and as follows: North by McLeod’s Bridge Rd; West by the lands of Prince Smith; South by lands of Ellen Mosley; Emanuel County Map S23 104.
Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County. Georgia on the first Tuesday in August 04, 2020, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax
