Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Felicia Johnson to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2018, & 2019 in the initial tax amount a $672.03 Amount could include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. 

All that tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, being Lots numbered Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5) in Block lettered "A" as shown on a revised plat of Lake Luck Subdivision, recorded in Deed Book DR, Page 1-B, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia. Said lots combined front 150 feet on the Southerly side of East Main Street, (U.S. Highway 80) and run back between parallel lines a distance of 200 feet and are bounded as follows: Northeast by Lot Two (2) of said Block and Subdivision; Southeast by Lots Twenty-One (21) and Twenty-Six (26) of said Block and Subdivision; Southwest by Wonder Drive; and Northwest by East Main Street (U.S.Highway 80). Said Lots Four (4) and Five (5) being further shown on a plat of survey made by Frank J. Ford, Surveyor, dated September 8, 1955, recorded in Deed Book DR, Page 47, in the aforesaid Clerk's Office. Said property is the same as conveyed by Deed Under Power of Sale from Bank One National Association, as Trustee as Attorney in Fact for Robert L. Short to Bank one National Association, as Trustee as shown in Deed Book 176,Page 186-190, Emanuel County Clerk's Records. ALSO being the same property conveyed to Robert T. Rankine and Irma D. Rankine under a Limited Warranty Deed dated the 13th day of November, 2002, which deed is recorded in Deed Book 191, Pages 385-387, aforesaid Clerk's Records. 

Said property is identified by the Emanuel County Tax Assessor's as Parcel Number S06-036 and address of 804 E. Main Street. Less and Except: One certain strip or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, which is more particularly described as follows: The property herein conveyed is a strip of land measuring eight (8') feet in width by approximately two hundred (200') feet in length and being the strip of land lying on the northeastern boundary line of property owned by Robert Rankine et al which is adjacent to property now or formerly owned by Betty Jane Tomberlin. A plat to the property owned by Robert Rankine et al from which this strip is carved and conveyed is shown on a survey prepared by George William Donaldson, Surveyor, dated November 7, 2002 and recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 40, of the Emanuel County Clerk's Records and is referred to herein for a more accurate description of said property. Said strip of land fronts on the right of way of U.S Hwy. No. 80 a distance of eight (8') feet and runs back between parallel lines a distance of approximately 200 feet and is 8 feet in the rear. The strip herein conveyed is bounded now or formerly as follows: Northeast by land now or formerly owned by Betty Jane Tomberlin; Southeast by land of Herbert C. Sammons; Southwest by the remaining lot from which this strip is carved, which is owned by Robert Rankine et al; and Northwest by U. S. Highway No. 80.

Said property being the same property deeded to Betty Leila Falotico by Quitclaim Deed on February 14, 2003, as shown by a deed recorded in Deed Book 197, Page 361, Emanuel County records. (S06 036)

Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County. Georgia on the first Tuesday in August 04, 2020, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax
