Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Neator White to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2019 in the initial tax amount of $1,047.13 Amount could include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied.
All that certain lot or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G. M. District of Emanuel ,County, Georgia, as shown on a plat made by Walter K. Maupin, Surveyor, dated April 28, 1971, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 63, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning for the same on the south side of Mist Street, said point being measured along the southerly side of Mist Street 430 feet from the intersection of Mist Street and King Circle Drive, and running thence with the south side of Mist Street South 84 degrees 15 minutes East 100 feet to a point; thence with lands now or formerly of R. J. Waller, Jr., the three (3),following courses and distances: (1) South 5 degrees 45 minutes West 150 feet to a point; thence (2) North 84 degrees 15 minutes West 100 feet to a point; thence (3) North 5 degrees 45 minutes East 150 feet to the place of beginning. (095A 013) One certain lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, and being designated as Lot Number 31, Block E in DeAlva Park Subdivision, as shown on a plat prepared by Aubrey E. Scott, Surveyor, dated September 29, 3980, and recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 681, of the Records of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia. Said plat is hereby incorporated herein for a more full, complete, and accurate description hereof. Said lot being hounded, as shown on said plat, as follows: On the northeast by Lot 32, said subdivision; southeast by lands of. J. H. Morgan, Trustee; Southwest by Lot No. 30, said subdivision; and northwest by the right of way of King Circle Drive.
Said property is the same as that conveyed to the United States of America through Farmers Home administration by Warranty Deed dated February 13, 1987 'and recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court, on March 20; 1957, in. Deed Book 1, page 70-71. (095A 157)
Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County. Georgia on the first Tuesday in August 04, 2020, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax
