Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Jeffery Grubbs to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2018, & 2019 in the initial tax amount a $1,383.78 Amount could include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied.
All that real estate situated and being in or near Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. Said property Beginning at a point on the southeastern side of Lucky Street located 516 feet S56°, 10" W from the southwest corner of the intersection of Lucky Street and Green Street in said city; thence, turning and running S33°, 26"E for a distance of 284 feet to a point; thence, turning and running S56°, 10"W for a distance of 50 feet; thence, turning and running N33°, 26"W for a distance of 284 feet to a point on the southeastern side of Lucky Street; thence, turning and running along the right of way edge of Lucky Street N56°, 10"E for a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning.
