Thursday, February 19, Nordson hosted a Black History Month Luncheon and invited Mayor Lillie Ann Brown to be their special guest. She was given a plant tour and a plaque and flowers honoring her achievements as the first female and first black female mayor of Swainsboro. Mayor Brown then gave a speech about our community and working together to make Swainsboro a better place. Lunch followed and Mayor Brown got to sit and conversate with Nordson team members.
