Mt. Olivet Missionary Baptist Church will have their 117th Homecoming service on Sunday, July 16. The morning service will begin at 10:30 a.m. with featured singers, the Pathlighters, a gospel trio from Blackshear. Afterwards, a covered-dish meal will be provided for all to enjoy.
The church, established in 1906 across the road from the brush arbor where meetings initially began, is located at 1593 Mt. Olivet Church Road near Garfield.
Pastor Randy Graham says, “Please join us for a wonderful day in the Lord's house. We look forward to seeing all of our family and friends, and reminiscing and worshipping together.
