As a devoted wife and mother, she also shares the joys of being married to Michael Moran and raising their daughter, Havilah Grace Moran.
A distinguished alumna of Georgia Southern University, Jessica graduated with a degree in Public Relations, honing her skills in strategic communication and relationship-building. Her academic foundation, combined with her commitment to public service, makes her an excellent fit for the position.
During her tenure at the Emanuel County Tax Commissioner's Office, Jessica has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and interpersonal skills.
