The area middle school playoffs begin next week with ECI entering the playoffs as the number one seed, giving them homefield advantage throughout.
They secured the number one seed and hosting team last week defeating North Tattnall 64-0 for the team’s sixth shutout. They have outscored their 7 opponents this season 320-6.
The Bulldogs will host North Tattnall in the first round.
Winner of the ECI vs North Tattnall game will play the winner of the Toombs Co. vs Screven Co. game. The Bulldogs faced Toombs Co. in the 2020 championship game, defeating Toombs to take the title. The first round is scheduled for Thursday with a 5:00 kickoff.
