Sgt. Peacock received Bobby Powell Award
Sgt. Richard Peacock of Swainsboro Police Department, was recipient of the Bobby Powell Memorial award. This is the highest award given by Swainsboro Exchange Club during its annual law enforcement/public service appreciation banquet. The event was held Tuesday, March 19, in the East Georgia College Student Center.
